Hi everybody,
Can I be friends with you? That’s the question I’m asking on this Episode #322 of the Full Circle Jesus Music show. And I have some songs that will help you answer that question from Steve Archer, Charlie Peacock, Benny Hester, Liberations Suite and much more.
There may be only a few real friends in our lives, but God’s love can make a difference if you are experiencing a deficit and I promise you that it’s worth the price, if you are willing to respond to the songs and the message.
Thanks again for all of your support for this radio ministry. It’s greatly appreciated!!
I like how Episode #322 ties the idea of friendship to the songs from Steve Archer, Charlie Peacock, Benny Hester, and Liberations Suite instead of treating it like just a sentimental topic. The line about God’s love making a difference when you’re experiencing a “deficit” really stood out to me, especially with the reminder that real friendship can come at a price.
I appreciate how Episode #322 tackles such a relatable question about friendship. The mix of artists you featured—Steve Archer, Charlie Peacock, and Benny Hester—seems like a thoughtful way to explore that theme musically. Your point about God’s love filling the gap when friendships feel limited really resonates, and I’m curious how those songs tie into that message.
Thanks for the input. These songs are a bridge concerning a theme of God’s gift of friendship, but not specifically word for word from the artist. It would have been meaningful to have more artists from the Jesus People era, address that then.
Grateful for you response.
Great episode topic! I really appreciated how you framed friendship through the lens of God’s love—it’s a refreshing reminder that quality matters way more than quantity when it comes to real connections. The mix of artists you featured, especially with Benny Hester and Charlie Peacock, seems like the perfect soundtrack to explore that deeper meaning of friendship. Definitely going to check out Episode #322!
I’ve been thinking about that line “there may be only a few real friends” ever since I listened—Charlie Peacock’s track really hit home for me on that. And you’re right, God’s love does fill the gaps when the friendship well runs dry. Thanks for putting this episode together.
Thank you so much! Grateful for your comments and that at least you and I know that God’s love will fill the gap when friendship tends to run dry. Keep your eyes on the sky. Jerry.
Really blessed to get your comments about friendship. We have to work at it don’t we? Keep listening and thank you that we can be friends. Jerry
