Tonight I was watching videos on YouTube and they had what they called my my “MIX” and Erick was part of it. I do listen to his music every once in awhile but evidently YouTube recognizes it as one of my faves. That got me to Google him to see what he is up to and that led me to your site that I never knew existed. I definitely will be a regular listener now!
I was listening to episode 302 and I cannot tell you how happy it made me to hear Erick’s voice again. Wayyyy back in the 70’s when I was in college traveling with a college singing group, Erick’s songs were the ones I always chose when I was given the opportunity to do a solo in our concerts. He and I were like music brothers. I somehow tracked him down maybe 15-20 years ago via email and asked him to give me the back story to one of his songs that I never understood the meaning of. He told me the whole story and it meant so much to me how open he was. Thanks again for bringing back these gems that created a whole new musical atmosphere of worship.
